Nirwana Gardens is a luxury beachfront resort, with 240 rooms, 50 chalets, 50 cabanas. 36 double story villas and 14 hill-top villas with private pools. The hotel is completed by an infinity swimming pool, Indoor Gymnasium, Spas and acres of landscaped gardens inhabited with local flora and fauna.. With 12 function rooms and venues, the Nirwana Gardens ia able to host events catering for up to 2000 guests. Nirwana Gardens is outfitted with its own water purification plant, which supplies potable water at World-Health-Organization standards.

Signature Property Consulting’s associated entity, Hainal-Konyi Singapore, developed the existing resort from a Greenfield site. The consultancy provided a full suite of services, from architectural design, civil and structural, mechanical and electrical, hydraulic design, project management and construction supervision.  Construction of Nirwana Gardens was completed in 1997
